Fuse — a game by Digital Warriors

This Privacy Policy explains how the Fuse mobile application ("Fuse", the "Game", "we", "us", or "our"), published by Digital Warriors, handles information when you use it. By downloading or using Fuse, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

None. Fuse has no accounts, logins, or forms. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you personally.

Information stored on your device

To make the game work, Fuse saves data locally on your device only (using standard on-device storage). This includes your level progress and stars, coin balance, unlocked cosmetics, daily-streak status, and your sound/notification settings. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Information collected by our advertising partner

Fuse displays advertisements using Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and Google may automatically collect and process certain information, such as:

• your device's advertising identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA);
• your IP address and approximate (non-precise) location derived from it;
• device and app information (device model, operating-system version, language, and similar technical data);
• ad interaction data (such as which ads were shown or tapped).

This processing is carried out by Google as an independent party. We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Analytics and crash reporting (Google Firebase)

To understand how the game is played in aggregate and to fix problems, Fuse uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These tools may collect:

• a Firebase-generated app-instance identifier and general device/app information (device model, operating-system version, language, app version, country);
• aggregate gameplay events (such as a run starting or ending, a level completed, or an ad shown) and general engagement data (session count and length);
• crash reports — if the app crashes, technical diagnostics such as the device state and the error's stack trace, so we can fix it.

This information is used only in aggregate to improve the game and is not used to identify you personally. See Firebase's Privacy and Security information.

2. How we use information

• To run and save your game (using the on-device data described above).
• To display advertisements, which keep the game free.
• To understand aggregate gameplay — which levels are too hard, how long sessions last, whether players return — so we can improve the game.
• To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and bugs.
• To show optional local reminder notifications, if you enable them.

We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Advertising & your choices

You can control how ads are personalized:

• Consent (EEA, UK & Switzerland): On first launch we present a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) where you can accept or decline personalized ads.
• iOS App Tracking Transparency: On Apple devices, Fuse asks for your permission before the advertising identifier is used for tracking. You can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings › Google › Ads.

Declining personalized ads does not remove ads; it means the ads you see are less tailored to you.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Fuse schedules gentle reminders (for example, that a daily reward is ready) locally on your device. These are generated on the device itself — no information is sent to us or anyone else to deliver them. You can turn them off in the game's settings or in your device settings at any time.

5. Children's privacy

Fuse is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it. Because the app serves standard advertising, we recommend it be used under the age settings and parental controls appropriate for your household.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

Because we do not collect or store personal information about you ourselves, the most direct way to remove all game data we could relate to you is to uninstall the app or clear its data. For data processed by Google through AdMob, please use the ad choices above and Google's tools, or see Google's Privacy Policy. You can also contact us with any privacy request using the details below, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Data security & retention

Game data is stored on your device and protected by your device's own security. We retain no personal information on our servers because we do not operate any. Information handled by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies.

8. International users

Fuse is available worldwide. Where advertising partners process information, that processing may occur in countries other than your own, under those partners' safeguards and policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this address. Significant changes may also be noted in the app's store listing.
